Hello there,
my name is Dottie. I was found roaming the streets,
extremely malnourished. Some lady spotted me and brought
me here to the APA. The vet tech realized something was
wrong when I kept drooling. After some tests they found I
had CUPS disease. The staff here
was good to me and I tried my best, but I had to go to
Rainbow Bridge.
My surgeries
cost over $600 and the APA was kind enough to pay for it.
Can you help me pay them back so they can help other
puppies in need?
Thank you for helping the Granite City APA.
The Granite City APA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
"no-kill"
animal shelter
that
receives no government funding.
All of our income comes thru donations from individuals and
businesses, animal adoption fees and fund raising events.
By making a donation to GCAPA, you are
helping us
care for more homeless and abandoned cats
and dogs
and find them loving, forever homes. I’m sure if our furry
critters could talk, they would want you to know how much it means
to them to have people who care so much about forgotten and
abandoned companions. For those of us who can speak, we thank you
for your generous support.
My Name is Tucker. I
need a expensive ear surgery to remove a tumor. Thanks to my Guardian Angels,
I get a second chance to be
rehabilitated and adopted to a loving family.

to Help us Build a New Shelter!
The Granite City APA has long since worn out our 30+ year old
facility. We place over 600 animals a year in loving homes. Our
current building holds only 75 dogs and cats. The APA needs support
from the community and animal lovers everywhere to make it happen.
Please don't let the opportunity to help more animals in Southern
Illinois slip away.
